After 32 years as a Juvenile Probation officer, retirement led me to the beauty of art. Starting with paper crafting, I discovered the world of silk painting in February of 2018. I found a world renowned artist in my back yard. Terrified, Karen Sistek took me through the amazing process. I fell in love with the vibrant color as it moved on the silk. Total disbelief what was coming through my hands.
